If you have received a damaged product or have concerns related to the products:
• We have made these products with a mindset of providing our consumers with 100% natural products with REAL nutritional value. We hope you will
cherish every bite of it.
• In case you have concerns related to your purchase, drop us a mail within 5 days of delivery with details at gonutrika@gmail.com
• Drop us an email with your order ID and the picture of the damaged product at gonutrika@gmail.com within 3 days of the date of delivery. We will
help you with your queries and resolve it at the earliest.
In case you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
• You can cancel the order before it has been dispatched & request for another product in exchange with similar product value.
• In case you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we request you to accept the parcel & the same can be replaced by some other
available product in stock by sending a written request to us on the specified email ID. In this case, the purchaser will have to bear the courier charges
of returning back the original product to our address
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.

• Shipping charges on purchase.
• We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs.500. For orders below 500,shipping costs are shown at the time of checkout.
• Please note, Order once generated will be non refundable . We can replace it with other products with similar value which will be available in stock at
that point of time.
